Board meetings should all be in-person, not on Zoom. Zoom meetings suppress normal conversations and make debating issues much more difficult.
Board meetings should be allowed to continue as long as issues are being discussed. When George was on the Board, meetings were limited to 1-hour, which we believe is wrong.
The voting on each resolution, by each Director, should be clearly shown in the Meeting Minutes, so all owners clearly know each Director’s stand on each issue that is voted on.
Board meetings are split into 2 broad categories: Issues relating to the complex and issues relating to individual units or individual owners. The portion of the meeting relating to the entire complex should be broadcast on Zoom, so that all owners can see and hear what the Directors are discussing.
