Modernizing & Upgrading

Here are a few ideas on how we can improve YCC74 to make our complex more modern and comfortable for all of us.

Install electric vehicle charging equipment (“EV charging”) in the garage. 
This can be done at no cost to YCC74. 
All the cost would be borne by those of us will to pay to have the equipment installed.  
But, all of us could benefit because the resale value of our units would increase, as more buyers would be attracted to buildings with EV charging.

Install large-screen computer monitors at the elevator banks and at the lower levels of both buildings.
In most condos and in all public places, like malls and office buildings, information is conveyed on large electronic information screens.
We still have paper bulletin boards that have been obsolete for about 20-30-years.
