It’s long overdue to do away with our antique bulletin boards and install large-screen monitors.  I don’t know of any other public space that still relies on only paper flyers.  Every other condo that I’ve been in has proper monitors.

Implement a readily available property management and communications solution – for example:   https://www.buildinglink.io/en-ca/ – no more paper on bulletin boards.

We will include all unit owners in decisions about discretionary spending on modernizing and upgrading the common areas.  We will have a referendum so that each owner can support or oppose each major discretionary expenditure.
