Communications with Owners

It’s long overdue to do away with our antique bulletin boards and install large-screen monitors.  I don’t know of any other public space that still relies on only paper flyers.  Every other condo that I’ve been in has proper monitors.

Implement a readily available property management and communications solution – for example:   https://www.buildinglink.io/en-ca/ – no more paper on bulletin boards.

All unit owners should be included in decisions about discretionary spending on modernizing and upgrading the common areas.  A referendum, for each issue, is a very simple way to allow each owner to support or oppose each major discretionary expenditure.


Posting Directors’ Meetings Minutes in the mailroom is completely inadequate.  They should be posted online.  
Advertising should not be intermingled with condo information.

We should have constant, online, disclosure of every issue, related to common property, that management is dealing with.
